1.PTP-1 Safety Relief Vale Test Bench Introduction

PTP-1 “Telide” Portable Safety Valve Test Bench is an advanced pressure test device

that developed by Telide to test the set pressure and seat tightness of safety valves.

1.1 Principle

It uses high pressure nitrogen gas and compressed air below 20MPa as pressure source.

It can regulate pressure in system precisely by stainless steel stepless adjustable high

pressure regulator installed in equipment, so as to test the set pressure and seat tightness of

safety valves. The system has the characteristics of high pressure control precision, the

adjustable output pressure, etc.

1.2 Features

1.2.1 The equipment is installed with stainless steel stepless adjustable high pressure

regulator valve, which make output pressure stabler and more accurate.。

1.2.2 The equipment can use high pressure nitrogen gas supplied by nitrogen gas cylinder

and high pressure compressed air supplied by air compressor as pressure source. The max

inlet pressure can not exceed20MPa. The max test gas pressure is 15MPa after going through

pressure reducing valve.

1.2.3 Its clamping part clamps test piece by 4 hold down clamps. Clamping pressure is with

bolt pretension. Each hold down clamp can bear max. 19000 pounds and makes sure

pressure is enough in pressure testing process and prevents safety valve to loose.

1.2.4 Its work bench is with4 pressing plats which can slide on work bench.It’s equipped with

a standard flange - thread transition plate. The equipment can verify thread safety valve by

flange - thread transition plate.

1.2.5 The equipment is supplied with 1 calibrator with accuracy 0.4%FS range 15MPa. It can

be connected to system by quick connector.

1.2.6 With o-ring packing. User can choose the corresponding o-ring as different valve sizes.

Test range from 1/2”-6”(DN15-150).

1.2.7 All components like clamping part and pressure control part are designed in the same

portable case.Light weight & portability. The case is designed with 2 handlebars and 2 wheels.

It’s convenient to move and carry.

1.2.8 Case cover and rear door can be disassembled quickly. Storage bin lies in rear door.

O-rings, calibrator and other materials can be stored there.
