YFB-DF series Butterfly Valve Test-bed is the new generation of professional equipment aim for pressure & performance test of hydraulic valve, which is developed carefully by our company depending on the Shanghai technical University fluid machinery research institute as backing and according to the following standard request, for instance national standard for GB/T 13927-92 <General valve Pressure Test>, mechanical profession standard for JB/T 9092-99 <Valve Experiment & Testing> and American petroleum association standard for API 598 (of the eighth edition 2004.5) and API 6D.
YFB-DF series butterfly valve test equipment consists of hydraulic system, machinery system, electrical system and pipeline system mainly. It maybe carry out water and air pressure shell test, seal test respectively, in larger valve format range and larger valve pressure range. This series equipment integrates with mechanism actuator, hydraulic actuator, and electrical auto-control. It has the feature of perfect function, portable flexible operation, stable reliable performance and high automaticity, enhances the product efficiency widely and reduces the labor intensity. It is the indispensable ideal equipment chosen first by enterprise which produces, uses and repairs valve.
The machinery system of valve test-bed is composed of main rack, tow clasping work bench and seal blind board offered by customer which corresponds to different caliber of butterfly valve. It adopts flange-end locating to fix valve, adopts moving inverse claws clasping flange to take testing. At both sides there each is a set of moving inverse claws clasping mechanism used to adjust claws’ position at the same time according to flange size. The required high pressure hydraulic pressure for claws clasping brought from itself hydraulic system boosting, and the test pressure for tested medium also from itself hydraulic system low pressure water carrying out boosting. Boosting stops by itself when water boost pressure attains to the set point. And the set time for keeping pressure up begins automatically; finish the time, system alarms by itself to indicate test completing.
Its’ hydraulic system is designed discharge and keeping pressure circuit, to advantage controls hydraulic oil’s temperature on condition of working continuously, saves wear of energy resource during testing and increases service life of hydraulic packing element.
